I love this dark chocolate by Kiva, this is an American brand that's made it's way to the Canadian market and I'm glad it has. It's a lovely chocolate, perfect for anyone needing a low dose.

Kiva's Midnight Mint Dark Chocolate has a crunchy coating on the back of cacao nibs giving it a bit more boldness. The bar itself isn't very sweet but not bitter like some dark chocolate can be, it's balanced. I also enjoy the subtle mint in this, it's not overpowering and adds to the flavour.

The American version has 100mg of THC per bar and 40mg of CBN, unfortunately due to the laws for edibles in Canada, 10mg is the maximum amount of THC that can be in an edible.  I wish the Canadian version had more CBN, I feel it's for too low, many brands have much higher CBN.

Overall this is one of the better chocolate edibles and is a perfect beginner edible or for anyone who likes only a touch of THC as each square has a low dose of only .5mg. You can really fine tune your dose, it's the perfect microdosing chocolate, especially for moms, I highly recommend Midnight Mint Dark Chocolate by Kiva.
