CBC is a minor cannabinoid that I'm most excited about. Like CBD and CBG it's non-intoxicating and has benefits for your health.
CBC can help with neurogenesis (brain cell development) it's anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour and anti-viral. It's also thought to help with the endocannabinoid systems function including the entourage effect (when all cannabinoids work together in harmony). There's also promising research on its ability to help with depression and bowel issues such as IBS and Chron's disease.
The mango lime gummies by Spinach Feelz are sweet and a little sour with a sugary coating. It has a candy store lime taste to it that I liked but my husband didn't like, he had a hard time eating the package.
I didn't notice a difference in how it felt in comparison to other cannabinoids like CBG which has an energetic feel and CBD which has a more relaxing feel.
Overall I like this gummy, mostly for the high dose of CBC and I recommend it so you can give the new minor cannabinoid a try.
