I bought this cream for my mother-in-law on a recommendation from Village Bloomery. She was experiencing tendonitis in her arm and used the 1:1 body cream by Proofly to manage the pain.

This cream works great. I tried this cream on my hands as I tend to get arthritic like pain in my fingers and I tried it on the shoulder pain I've had for over a year now. My mother-in-law and I both found the effects similar, it brings down the pain by about 50% and works more as time goes on and the cannabinoids do their thing.

The cream has a powerful smell, which is the menthol I believe and it makes your eyes water at first. The strong smell calms down after about 20 minutes. What I enjoyed with the menthol was the cooling feeling it provided, as I used it on a hot day and it felt good.

It goes on greasy at first but then absorbs nicely and leaves your skin soft, although on my hands it stayed a little bit greasy but not too bad.

My mother-in-law said the cream was comparable to a prescription pain cream she got from her doctor. I found it helped my shoulder pain which is a deep pain, so it's impressive the cream was able to help with that pain.

While this cream likely won't take away your pain completely, it does help to reduce it and I do recommend this cream for anyone looking for pain relief.

Did you try this product, what did you think?

  1. My elbow is In pain 24 7 I used this cream and it’s been on for 20 min and it relieves the pain. First time ever trying a cannabis cream for medical purposes but I’m impressed. Not saying I’m heeled in sayin it feels nice

  2. This is an excellent pain reliever. Helped a lot when I tore ligaments in my foot (metatarsal). It takes a while to kick in but it does help get the edge off the pain.

    1. How much should you use at a time? I am putting it on my feet top and bottom for neuropathy. Soothing but probably won’t repair nerve damage. How often can I apply it?

  5. I’ve been using this cream for the last month after surgery and have found the scarring is dramatically improving. My surgeon is very impressed as he typically sees this healing after 3-4 months not at the one month. I’m also very pleased can’t wait too see what it’ll look like at 4 months. I highly recommend this product.
