My go-to edibles: these are the ones you’ll always find in my stash

In Cannabis, Edibles, Reviews by Weed MamaLeave a Comment

These edibles are the best ones I’ve tried, I look out for new products on the Canadian market as I review cannabis edibles so you’ll be guided to the best ones that have good cannabinoids and simply taste good. If you have an edible you’d like to add, do leave it in the comments!

What’s new in edibles?

We now get 100mg multi-packs! We still have a limit of 10mg per edible however you can now buy packages of 10 x 10mg edibles for a total of 100mg. They’re slowly trickling into stores, look for the brands: No Future, Woody Nelson, Chowie Wowie, Mollo Seltzers and party packs by Shred’ems. There’s more brands offering multi-packs, look for them at your local cannabis store.

What’s in my stash for edibles

I’ve compiled a list of edibles that I’ve gone back to over and over again. These are my tried and true, always consistent and great tasting edibles. When I shop for edibles I like to look at the cannabinoids first, also the amount. I prefer a pack with 4 or 5 edibles in them as I can easily microdose. Edibles come in either 1 x 10mg, 2 x 5mg, 4 x 2.5mg or 5 x 2 mg. As mentioned above you can now buy multi packs up to 100mg.

Glenn’s No. 12 Distillate Delta 9 Soda Pop Chews

Glenn’s edibles are tiny little square chews packed with flavour. I’m always picking up a pack of Glenn’s Delta 9 Soda Pop with Cherry Cola, Root Beer Float, Orange Cream Soda, and Grape Cream Soda flavours. Each chew had 2.5mg of THC Delta 9 distillate (4 per pack). Delta 9 distillate is a highly concentrated, and purified extract of THC.

I’d love for Glenn’s to release a multi pack of their Soda Pop flavour as they’re just so tasty. Glenn’s retail for around $4.00 per package.

Ollie O’s

Olli O's gummy

Olli is a great brand, I’ve loved all of their edible and Olli O’s are my new favourite. Not only are they tasty, the cannabinoids are great. Pictured is the Olli O’s 1:1:1 Sour Grape and Strawberry flavour with 2.5 mg of CBD, 2.5 mg CBC and 2.5mg THC in each chew (4 per pack). This one is my favourite because it has CBC. CBC is a cannabinoid I seek out when shopping for edibles. It’s the happy cannabinoid and is greatly enhanced by THC. CBC just puts you in a good mood.

The other flavour is Olli O’s Sour Cherry and Watermelon. This one has 2.5mg THC, 2.5mg CBG, and 1.25mg THCV in each chew (4 per pack). THCV is another great cannabinoid that helps give you a boost of energy and helps to reduce the munchies. Paired with CBG, the other cannabinoid that improves focus, this is a great edible for getting things done.

Olli O’s retail for about $3.99 per package.

Pearls Tangelo 1:1:1

Pearls by Gron are one of the best edible brands on the market. All of them are good, I love Pearls 1:1:1 Tangelo flavour because it has CBC. As I mentioned before, CBC is my favourite cannabinoid because of how good it makes you feel. There’s 2 mg of CBC, 2 mg of CBD and 2 mg of THC in each piece (5 per pack). They’re tasty little balls that give you a nice balance of cannabinoids.

Pearls retail for around $3.99 per package.

Wyld Real Fruit Blood Orange 3:1 CBC:THC

Wyld is a great brand, not only are their edibles made with natural ingredients, they’re consistent in their dosing. All of their edibles are good however I always buy Wyld Blood Orange 3:1 because it has the highest amount of CBC I’ve found with 15mg of CBC and 5mg THC per chew (2 per pack). Even if you cut the chew in half, you’re still getting a high dose of CBC. They call it the bliss cannabinoid for a reason, CBC feels good.

Wyld Blood Orange retail for around $3.99 per package.

Orange Creamsicle 4:4:1 Biggies by Even

Biggies by Even is another reliable brand where most of their flavours are good. My favourite is the Biggies Orange Creamsicle 4:4:1 CBG:CBD:THC. There’s 10mg CBG, 10mg CBD, and 2.5mg THC in each chew (4 per pack). I like this one for the high amount of CBG and CBD per piece, CBG is great for focus and a good one to take during the day.

Bigges retail for around $4 per package.

Hazy Camper Chocolates

Hazy Camper has several different chocolates on the cannabis market and they’re all good, solid chocolates with all natural ingredients. Hazy Camper was started by two sisters battling cancer, who found relief from cannabis. You can tell with the all natural ingredients and the attention to detail, such as the cute design on the chocolate and that it’s made to fit in a s’more for when you go camping.

The one I tend to buy is the Mochaccino 1:1 THC:CBD Milk Chocolate. There’s 10mg of THC and 10mg of CBD per chocolate. I have to eat half because 10mg is too much for me at once. I’d like to see 2×5 mg chocolates per pack as then I can easily have just one and they’re so tasty, it’s nice to eat the whole chocolate!

Hazy Camper retails for around $5 per package.

TeaPot Lemon Black Tea (Pedro’s Sweet Sativa)

Teapot cannabis drink

Another brand where all of their flavours are decent. Teapot makes really good iced tea beverages that taste like real tea. I like the Teapot Lemon Black Tea flavour because it has 5mg of THC per can. Most drinks on the cannabis market have 10mg, it’s nice to find one lower in THC as it means I can enjoy the whole can. If you’re looking for higher THC, Teapot’s other flavours are 10mg per can.

Teapot retails for around $8 per can.
