I've been skeptical about baked good for edibles because they tend to be dry and stale tasting. This one by Olli however, was pretty good.
They advertise the brownie as a "chewy, soft and decadent chocolate flavour curated by Olli’s Michelin-starred trained Executive Chef". It's definitely soft and moist which was a nice surprise.
This brownie reminds me of the 2 bite brownie packages you can buy at the grocery store. I recommend a scoop of vanilla ice cream with this brownie, drizzle on some hot chocolate sauce and top it with some salty nut pieces, like peanuts for a parfait that will make you feel nice after about an hour.
This brownie is worth a try if you're looking for that classic pot brownie experience.
