Finally we're starting to see some interesting and more rare cannabinoids on the cannabis market, this one has CBG and THC.
First of all CBG doesn't have any intoxicating effect (however it may produce euphoria at higher doses) and is similar to CBD. CBG is the precursor cannabinoid, all other cannabinoids (like THC and CBD) come from CBG.
CBG is popular in the United States and is often used to help with sleep and anxiety as it has a calming effect. CBG is also good for eye health and inflammation.
Because CBG is found in low amounts in the cannabis plant, it's expensive and hard to find products with higher doses. 2.5mg is a low dose and I'm not sure if that has any real benefits in such a low dose.
That being said, I did feel like it enhanced the effects of the THC, making it stronger however I also was not feeling well so that may have something to do with it as well.
Regardless, this is a tasty chew! It's a burst of tropical flavours and it's a bit sour and sweet. I love the flavour of this chew and recommend it simply for that reason alone. However with the added bonus of CBG, it's definitely worth a try.
