Was I every excited to finally see not only a savory option on the cannabis market here in Canada but also products to cook with like Farm and Florist infused olive oil and garlic chili oil.

Farm & Florist is a local Vancouver company that has several infused options to try such as maple syrup, sesame oil and Tamari soy sauce. I bought this combo because I love it on my cottage cheese toast.

The big downside isn't the fault of Farm & Florist but rather our highly restrictive laws around edibles. Each bottle contains only 5mg of THC, by law edibles can only contain 10mg of THC per package. So for many people this won't be high enough as you'll have to use the whole bottle to feel anything.

However I do like it for microdosing, especially for Sunday brunch. This added to your eggs or salad is a great way to infuse your meal. I love the garlic chili oil as it's light, not too spicy with a hint of garlic.

I highly recommend you give this a try as it's just a light dose, this would be great to add to an infused meal with friends.

Try Farm & Florist olive oil and garlic chili oil on cottage cheese toast:

Toast a piece of bread (I like to toast my bread in a pan as it gives it great flavour), add the olive oil to the bread after it's toasted.

Then spread the top with cottage cheese and add the garlic chili oil. Drizzle a little honey on top for sweetness and a bit of salt and pepper. This is my favourite way to use this infused oil combo!
