Self care for me these days is meditation. What I use to fully immerse myself into meditating is a high CBD strain, the one I used is called Tsunami, it has 15% CBD and only has 1% THC. This allows me to feel relaxed, present and clear. Perfect for deep mediation work. However, I often like to use THC for meditation as well. THC puts you right in the present moment, time is slowed down and you’re able to breathe deeply and feel at ease. If you haven’t tried cannabis and meditation, I highly recommend you do.
